ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.19141 of 2025 dated 08.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 27 days. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.19141 of 2025 on 08.12.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.19141 of 2025 on 08.12.2025 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear and sign before the respondent police once in a week i.e, on every Monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
