2.Heard, Mr.S.Deenadhayalan, learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and Mr.A.P.G.Ohm Chairma Prabhu, learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the first respondent. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) has submitted that after investigation, the F.I.R has been closed as further action dropped.
