ORDER

The petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in CRL.OP. (MD)No.22271 of 2025 dated 04.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the conditions for 49 days and that the charge sheet has been filed.

4. Taking into consideration the fact that the charge sheet has been filed, this Court is inclined to modify the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP(MD)No.22271 of 2025 on 04.12.2025. Accordingly, the condition imposed against the petitioner in CRL.OP.(MD)No.22271 of 2025 on 04.12.2025 is modified as "the petitioner shall report before the Trial Court once in 15 days ie., on 1st and 15th of every English Calendar month at 10.30 a.m., until further orders."
