The present writ petition has been filed challenging the proceedings of the first respondent, under which they sought to invoke the Bank Guarantee given by the writ petitioner. 2.According to the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, the period of Bank Guarantee has been expired. The amount due to the first respondent has already been settled.
