Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of certiorarifed Mandamus Calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order in letter No.6715/ANi.4.1/2018-2 dated 26.4.2019 on the file of the respondent No.1 and quash the same as illegal in so far as the petitioner is concerned and consequently for a direction directing the respondents, to re-fix the pay of the petitioner on par with similarly placed persons in the light of the judgment of this Honourable Court in WP.No.36172 and 36173 of 2016 dt.17.4.2017 and the proceedings of the respondent No.3 dt.17.10.2017. Prayer in WP(MD). 22001/ 2019 :
