JUDGMENT

(Judgment of the Court was delivered by N.Seshasayee, J.) These twin appeals are preferred challenging an order passed by the Family Court, Karur, dated 20.10.2023 in dismissing the appellant's petition in H.M.O.P.No.276 of 2023 for dissolution of her marriage with the respondent and also allowing the respondent's petition in H.M.O.P.No.264 of 2023 for restitution of conjugal rights.

2. Both counsels informed that the parties have sorted out their differences and are reunited for good. Both the parties too have appeared before this Court together with the child.

3. In view of this development, this Court considers it appropriate to dismiss both the appeals.

4. Accordingly, C.M.A.(MD) No.74 of 2024, which is filed against the decree passed in H.M.O.P.No.276 of 2023 for dissolving the marriage between the parties and C.M.A.(MD) No.75 of 2024, which is filed against the decree passed for the purpose of restitution of conjugal rights are dismissed. It is underscored that this order is passed without getting into the merit of the allegations and counter allegations made by the parties in the pleadings, but only to give effect to the subsequent decision of the parties to reunite and live peacefully. No costs.
