ORDER
The Criminal Revision is directed against the order passed in Crl.M.P.No.3761 of 2024 dated 29.10.2024 on the file of the Judicial Magistrate No.I, Srivaikundam, dismissing the petition filed under Section 503 B.N.S.S.
2. When the matter is taken up for hearing today, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent would submit that the competent authority has already passed an order dated 10.01.2025 confiscating the property and has also produced the copy of the said order.
3. At this juncture, the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner seeks permission of this Court to withdraw this petition and he has also made an endorsement to that effect.

4. In view of the endorsement made by the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner, this Criminal Revision is dismissed as withdrawn. No costs.
