Alleging disobedience of the order of this Court made in W.P(MD)No.6298 of 2015, dated 20.02.2020, the present Contempt Petition has been filed by the petitioner.

2. When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondent would submit that, as against the order of this Court, dated 20.02.2020, the respondent preferred a Writ Appeal in W.A(MD)No.537 of 2021 and obtained an order on interim stay.

3. Recording the submission made by the learned standing counsel for the respondent, this Contempt Petition is closed.
