PRAYER :- To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP.(MD). No. 20125 of 2025 dated 14.11.2025.

ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- This petition has been filed to modify the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl OP.(MD). No.20125 of 2025 dated 14.11.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for modification of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl OP.(MD). No.20125 of 2025 dated 14.11.2025, is modified and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police on every 2/4
