ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition has been filed to quash the First Information Report registered in Crime No.1732 of 2023 on the file of the first respondent Police Station.

2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side), on instructions, would submit that pursuant to the investigation in Crime No.1732 of 2023, a final report has been filed, which has been taken on file in S.T.C.No.380 of 2024 by the learned Judicial Magistrate No.V, Trichy.

3. In view of the same, this Criminal Original Petition is dismissed as infructuous with liberty to the petitioner to challenge the above said Final Report, if so advised. Consequently, connected Miscellaneous Petition is closed.
