To relax the condition imposed on the petitioner herein by this Honourable Higgh Court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.15245 of 2025 dated 27.10.2025.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.15245 of 2025 dated 27.10.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.15245 of 2025 dated 27.10.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police weekly twice i.e., every Monday and Friday at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
