ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner apprehends arrest at the hands of the respondent police for the alleged offence punishable under Sections 147, 148, 294(b), 506(i) and 307 I.P.C in Crime No.150 of 2012 and hence, seeks anticipatory bail.

2.The case of the prosecution is that due to previous enmity the accused have abused the de-facto complainant in filthy language and also threatened him.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the occurrence had taken place in the year 2012 and the accused 1 and 2 were arrested and released on bail and the third accused was ALSO granted anticipatory bail. This petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case.

4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) would submit that the respondent police has completed the investigation and also laid charge sheet.

5. Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) appearing for the state.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on anticipatory bail. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail in the event of arrest or on his appearance before the learned Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

Magistrate, Nilakottai, and on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Magistrate concerned and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m. for a period of two weeks and thereafter as and when required for interrogation. The petitioner shall comply with the condition stipulated under Section 438 Cr.P.C. Scrupulously.

7. The petitioner shall appear before the concerned Magistrate within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy made ready failing which, the petition for anticipatory bail stands dismissed.
