Prayer:

To relax the conditions imposed upon the petitioner by this Court in Crl OP(MD) No.23928/2025 dated 26.12.2025 namely that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.30 am until further orders.

ORDER

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.23928 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly.

4. Considering the nature of offence, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.23928 of 2025 dated 26.12.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
