************ [Order of the Court was made by D.KRISHNAKUMAR, J.] This Writ Petition has been filed for a direction to the respondents to pay a sum of Rs.5,00,000/- to the petitioner as compensation and for a consequential direction to the respondents 1 to 5 to initiate appropriate action against the respondents 8 to 11 based on the complaint given by the petitioner dated 25.06.2013. 2.It is brought to the notice of this Court that the petitioner has also preferred a complaint before the State Human Rights Commission and an award has been passed by the Commission on 30.12.2019.

3.In view of the above, the prayer sought for by the petitioner has become infructuous.
