Mr.S.S.Manoj Government Advocate (Criminal Side) ORDER : The Court made the following order :- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.OP(MD).No.21457 of 2025 dated 26.11.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court regularly and he prays for relaxation of the said condition. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has complied with the condition for thirty three days regularly. He further submitted that the investigation has been completed and the charge sheet has also been filed.

4. Considering the fact that the charge sheet has been fild, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.OP(MD).No.21457 of 2025 dated 26.11.2025, is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the trial Court as and when required. Accordingly, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is allowed.
