RESPONDENTS/ RESPONDENT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to cancel the order granting interim anticipatory bail to the Respondent no.1 in Crl.O.P.(MD) NO.16110 of 2018 dated 29/10/2018. Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.S.M.A.JINNAH, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.V.NEELAKANDAN, Additional Public Prosecutor for R2 and MR.J.JEAKUMARAN Advocate for R1, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to cancel the interim anticipatory bail which was granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16110 of 2018, dated 29.10.2018.

2.The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner/intervenor has submitted that this Court while granting interim anticipatory bail on 29.10.2018 has directed the first respondent herein to pay a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Only) to the de-facto complainant within a period of eight weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of the said order, but sofar the first respondent has not complied with the said condition.

respondent has paid a sum of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rupees Three Lakhs Only) and the first respondent is making arrangements for paying the balance amount.

4.In the order passed by this Court dated 29.10.2018 in Paragraph No.8, it has been specifically stated that if the petitioner wherein (first respondent herein) fails to pay a sum of Rs.20,00,000/- (Rupees Twenty Lakhs Only) to the de-facto complainant, the interim anticipatory bail shall stand cancelled automatically. Therefore, there is no necessity to pass any further order for cancellation of interim anticipatory bail.
