Criminal Original Petition is filed under section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code praying this Hon'ble Court to withdraw and transfer the case in STC NO. 528 of 2017 filed by the respondent herein before the learned District Munsif cum Judicial Magistrate, Usilampatti, Madurai district to any other competent court in Theni District.

ORDER:- Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.R.ARAVINDRAJ, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. V.SARVAGAN PRABHU, for the respondent, this Court made the following order: "The Petitioner filed this petition to extend the time granted by this Court in Crl.O.P.(MD).NO.512 of 2019, dated 06.02.2019. 2 The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner could not arrange the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time. 3 Heard the learned counsel for the respondent. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4 Considering the submission made by the learned counsel
