ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- Earlier the petitioners filed an affidavit of undertaking dated 11.03.2015 agreeing to pay Rs.4,25,000/- to the de-facto complainant within a period of one week. Due to non-compliance of the order and considering the gravity of offence, this Court dismissed the anticipatory bail petition on 15.06.2015, issuing direction to the Commissioner of Police to form a special team and to secure the accused and take action as per law.
2.The petitioners thereafter filed the present application and paid Rs.1,75,000/- and sought time to pay the balance amount of Rs.2,00,000/- on or before 15.07.2015.
3.Considering the submission of the learned counsel for the petitioners and the affidavit of undertaking, this Court directed the respondent not to arrest the petitioners till then. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 4.Today, the learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have not paid the amount of Rs.2,00,000/- as per the
affidavit of undertaking and he has no instruction from his party. Therefore, this Court has dismissed the petition and restored the earlier order passed in Crl.O.P.(MD).No.9568 of 2014, dated 15.06.2015.
