180/18:- Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time for 15 days to the petitioner in the order passed in Crl. OP(MD)No. 180/2018 dated 08.01.2018 for surrender before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvaiyaru in Crime No. 02/2018 on the file of the respondent Prayer in CRL MP(MD). 1052/ 2018 IN CRL OP(MD)No.181/18:- To extend the time for 15 days to the petitioner in the order passed in Crl.OP(MD)No. 181/2018 dated 08.01.2018 for surrender before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvaiyaru in Crime No. 02/2018 on the file of the respondent Order : These petitions coming on for orders upon perusing the petitions filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.

THILLAIKUMR, Advocate for the petitioner in both the petitions and of Mr.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate(Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents in both the petitions, the court made the following order:- These petitions are filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)Nos.180 and 181 of 2018, dated 08.01.2018. 2.This Court, by order dated 08.01.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD) Nos.180 and 181 of 2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, they have approached this Court with these petitions for extension of time.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). 5.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of these petitions, these petitions are ordered and the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Thiruvaiyaru, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order and comply with the order dated 08.01.2018, made in Crl.O.P.(MD)Nos.180 and 181 of 2018. sd/- 14/02/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
