ORDER

(Order of the Court was made by the Hon'ble G.K. ILANTHIRAIYAN J.) This petition has been filed to modify the condition no.3 and 4 imposed in the order dated 13.08.2025 in Crl.M.P.No.11086 of 2024 in Crl.A(MD)No.843 of 2024 on the file of this Court

2. The learned Additional Public Prosecutor submitted that the petitioner is complying with the conditions imposed by this Court without fail.

3. Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances and also the submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor the condition imposed on the petitioner directing to appear before the Inspector of Police, Chidambaram Town Police Station daily at 10.30 a.m., until further orders is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the trial Court on the first working day of every English Month at 10.30 a.m., till the disposal of the Criminal appeal. Further the condition no.4 is also relaxed.
