ORDER
This petition has been filed under Section 482 Cr.P.C., praying to direct the respondents not to harass the petitioner in the name of enquiry in relation to the alleged complaint given by Mr.Ganesamoorthy, Manthithoppu Road, Kovilpatti.
2.Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and also the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) for the State.
3. Recording the submission of the learned Government Advocate(Crl. Side) that based on the complaint given by one Ganesamoorthy, petition enquiry stands conducted and as such, the petitioner is not required in connection with any case, this Criminal Original Petition shall stand closed.
