This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22553 of 2018 on 20.12.2018. 2 The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22553 of 2018 on 20.12.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3 The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly
and investigation is still pending.
4 Taking into Consideration of the submission made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.22553 of 2018 on 20.12.2018 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
