ORDER:- This Miscellaneous Petition is coming on for orders on this day and upon perusing the petition and the affidavit filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. R.BOOMINATHAN, Advocate for the Petitioner and of Mr. K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate for the respondent, this Court made the following order:

This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22553 of 2018 on 20.12.2018. 2 The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P(MD).No.22553 of 2018 on 20.12.2018 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 3 The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly

4 Taking into Consideration of the submission made by both the counsels, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl.O.P(MD). No.22553 of 2018 on 20.12.2018 is relaxed and the petitioner shall report before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
