ORDER
This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl M.P. (MD). No.13175 of 2025 in Crl OP.(MD). No.9523 of 2025 dated 25.09.2025.
2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this Court and he prays for relaxation of the said https://www.mhc.tn.gov.in/judis

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition for nearly 12 weeks.
4. Taking into consideration the fact that the petitioner is complying with the condition, the condition imposed by this Court in Crl M.P.(MD). No.13175 of 2025 in Crl OP.(MD). No.9523 of 2025 dated 25.09.2025 is relaxed.
