2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 19.01.2018 onwards and after completing investigation, a charge sheet has been filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified as the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
