ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the second respondent not to interfere into the civil dispute between the petitioners and the third respondent.

2.The learned Counsel appearing for the petitioners would submit that on receiving the complaint given by the third respondent, the second respondent has been harassing the petitioners to cancel the settlement deed. 3.The learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that the cancellation proceedings are now pending before the concerned District Registrar (Administration). He would further submit that based on the complaint given by the third petitioner, enquiry was conducted and the same was ordered to be closed.

4.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
