No.67/2019 in Crl.M.P(MD).No.9362/2018 in Crl.O.P(MD).No.16862/2018 dated 08/01/2019.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of MR.RM.ARUN SWAMINATHAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioner in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.9362 of 2018 and 67 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16862 of 2018 on 08.01.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.M.P.(MD)Nos.9362 of 2018 and 67 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.16862 of 2018 on 08.01.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner has been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.

Nos.9362 of 2018 and 67 of 2019 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.16862 of 2018 on 08.01.2019 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate, Paramakudi on every monday at 10.30 a.m., until further orders.
