(MD).No. 15644 of 2017 dated 09.01.2018 to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate Court No.1, Kovilpatti, Tuticorin District Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.M.ANANTHA MURUGAN, Advocate for the petitioner and of M/S.A.ROBINSON Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on behalf of the Respondents the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioner in Crl.O.P(MD)No.15644 of 2017, dated 09.01.2018. 2.This Court, by order dated 09.01.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.
15644 of 2017, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioner and directed the petitioner to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioner did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court. Hence, he has approached this Court with this petition for extension of time. 3.The learned counsel for the petitioner contended that the petitioner could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
