2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 18.01.2018 onwards and investigation is completed and charge sheet is yet to be filed.

3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified as the petitioner is directed to appear before the respondent police as and when required for interrogation.
