2018 on the file of this Honourable Court Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.S.VARNIKHAA, Advocate for the petitioner and of MR.A.ROBINSON, Government Advocate (Crl.side) for R1, the court made the following order:- This petition is filed to extend the time granted to the petitioners in Crl.O.P(MD)No.81 of 2018, dated 11.01.2018. 2.This Court, by order dated 11.01.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD) No.81 of 2018, granted anticipatory bail to the petitioners and directed the petitioners to appear before the concerned Magistrate, within a period of 15 days from the date on which the order copy was made ready. However, the petitioners did not comply with conditions, within the time prescribed by this Court.

Hence, they have approached this Court with this petition for extension of time. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.

3.The learned counsel for the petitioners contended that the petitioners could not produce the sureties within the time prescribed by this Court and hence, he prays for extension of time. 4.Heard the learned Government Advocate (Crl. Side). 5.Considering the reasons stated in the affidavit filed in support of this petition, this petition is ordered and the petitioners are directed to surrender before the Judicial Magistrate Court, Periyakulam, Theni District, within a period of two weeks from the date of receipt a copy of this order and comply with the order dated 11.01.2018, made in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.81 of 2018. sd/- 14/02/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
