Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed to relax the condition imposed in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.516 of 2018, dated 11.01.2018. 2.Heard the learned counsel appearing for the petitioner. 3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly. 4.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly, the condition imposed by this Court vide order dated 11.01.2018 made in Crl.O.P(MD)No.516 of 2018 is modified to the effect that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.
police once in a week, i.e., on every Monday at 10.00 a.m. until further orders.
