Today, when the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) appearing for the first respondent, on instructions, would submit that the proceedings in C.C.No.592 of 2022, on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Tenkasi is concluded and the accused were also acquitted from the charges.
2. Recording the above submission, no further orders are required to be passed in the quash petition. Accordingly, the Criminal Original Petition stands closed. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition stands closed.
