Respondents PRAYER: Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus calling for the records pertaining to the impugned order passed by the Second Respondent in his proceedings Proc.No. A2/2137/2012, dated 28.05.2013 and quash the same and consequently direct the Respondents to restore the Petitioner in the Post of Divisional Accountant in Tamil Nadu Police Corporation Ltd., Madurai division till the period of three years deputation.

ORDER

(through video conference) The Writ Petition has been filed challenging the order dated 28.05.2013 in proceedings .No. A2/2137/2012 passed by the Second Respondent and to restore the Petitioner in the Post of Divisional Accountant in Tamil Nadu Police Corporation Ltd., Madurai division till the period of three years deputation.

W.P.(MD)No. 10560 of 2013 Respondents that since no interim order had been granted, the impugned order has already been implemented and no adverse civil consequences entail to the Petitioner from the impugned order and nothing remains for further consideration in the matter. Moreover, the Petitioner has voluntarily retired from service on 30.09.2016 after filing of the Writ Petition. He has also filed a memo dated 25.06.2021 to that effect, which is placed on record. 3.

In fine, the Writ Petition is disposed. Consequently, the connected miscellaneous petition is closed. No costs.
