O R D E R

The present Writ Petition has been filed challenging a memo issued by the second respondent herein, under which the Panchayat President was put on notice that she would be responsible for any illegality committed by her in allocating houses to Non-Adi Dravidar people under Indra Memorial Residential Scheme. 2.The learned Counsel for the petitioner contended that there is no responsibility for the allocation of houses to Non-Adi Dravidar people. 3.The learned Government Advocate for the first respondent brought to he notice of this Court, a communication, dated 25.06.2022, under which the second respondent (who has passed the impugned order) has informed that the allotments made in favour of Non-Adi Dravidar people has already been cancelled. Whatever amount that was credited to their account for purchasing cement and iron rod has also been recovered from the said beneficiaries.

4.Since the allotments in favour of the Non-Adi Dravidar people has been cancelled and the amount has been recovered from the beneficiaries, nothing survives for adjudication. 5.Hence, the Writ Petition is dismissed as infructuous. No costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is closed. 27.06.2022 Index :
