2. The learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition from 25.01.2018 onwards.

3. Initially, a case in Crime No.20 of 2018 was registered against the petitioner for the offences punishable under Sections 147, 294(b), 448, 307 and 506(ii) IPC. Subsequently, during the time of investigation, the said offences were altered into Sections 294 (b) and 506(ii) IPC.

4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submission made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified as the petitioner is directed to appear before respondent police as and when required for interrogation. sd/- 15/02/2018 / TRUE COPY / Sub-Assistant Registrar (C.S.)
