ORDER

This Writ Petition is filed challenging the order passed by the respondent dated 07.09.2012 under Section 7(A) of the Employees Provident Funds and Miscellaneous Provisions, 1952.

2. The learned counsel appearing for the respondent submitted that the petitioner has paid the amount belatedly. However, the petitioner has not paid the remaining amount.

3. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner reported no instructions.

4. Hence, this Writ Petition is dismissed and the respondent shall take appropriate action in accordance to law. There shall be no order as to costs. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petitions are closed. 21.11.2022 Index : Yes / No Internet : Yes/ No Nsr 2/4
