ORDER

The relief sought for in the present writ petitioner is for a direction to the second respondent to call the petitioner ahead and before calling the third respondent in the forth coming transfer counseling for the post of Associate Professor in Medical Colleges at Tamil Nadu.

2.The claim set out in the writ petition is to call the writ petitioner for transfer counseling conducted during the year 2013. The transfer counseling is conducted every year by the Medical Department. In respect of the grievance of the writ petitioner for calling him to participate in the transfer counseling during the year 2013 need not be considered now after a lapse of more than 6 years. The writ petitoner is at liberty to participate in the forth coming transfer counseling, if any notified by the Government and if https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ 1/4
