ORDER

This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of Criminal Procedure Code, 1973 praying this Court to direct the second respondent herein to register a case based on the complaint dated 11.05.2015 preferred by the petitioner and to file a final report.

2. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side), on instructions, submitted that petition enquiry is pending before the Inspector of Police, Parthibanur Police Station, Ramanathapuram District.

3. In view of the same, the Inspector of Police, Parthibanur Police Station, Ramanathapuram District is directed to complete the enquiry within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of a copy of this order and also directed to register the F.I.R., if cognizable offence is made out, in pursuant to the enquiry conducted.

4. With the above direction, this Criminal Original Petition is disposed of.
