2.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the petitioner is complying with the condition regularly from 18.01.2018 onwards and a charge sheet has also been filed before the concerned Court.
3.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and also considering the submissions made by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal side), the condition already imposed on the petitioner is modified as the petitioner is directed to appear before concerned Judge for future hearings regularly.
