This petition has been filed to call for the records in Crime No. 136 of 2022 on the file of the Inspector of Police, Rajapalayam North Police Station, Virudhunagar District and quash the same. 2.When the matter was taken up for hearing, the learned Additional Public Prosecutor appearing on behalf of the respondent police, on instructions, submitted that the investigation has been completed and the final report has been filed before the Judicial Magistrate, Rajapalayam and the same was taken on file in S.T.C.No.867 of 2024.

3.Taking into consideration the facts and circumstances of the case and the nature of allegation that has been made against the petitioner and considering the subsequent developments, this Court is not inclined to quash the FIR at this stage. If the petitioner is aggrieved by the proceedings that is pending, it is left open to the petitioner to work out his remedy in accordance with law, if so advised. 2/4
