This Criminal Original Petition is filed under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 praying to direct the second respondent to register the case on the petitioner's complaint dated 07.01.2015 and consequently direct the second respondent to investigate the same as per law.

2. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) appearing for the respondents.

3. The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) on instructions submitted that based on the complaint given by the petitioner, petition enquiry has been conducted and subsequently, it was closed.
