2. The petitioner is the mother of the detenu Pandeeswari. Pandeeswari went missing. Since she was not traced, the present Habeas Corpus Petition came to be filed.
3. The second respondent has produced the detenu before us. Pandeeswari is aged about 19 years. She belongs to Thevar Community. She states that she got married to the third respondent who belongs to Pallar Community. Pandeeswari informed us that she is now at Thiruppur. Pandeeswari being a major can choose her life on her own. We are satisfied that this is not a case of illegal detention. 2/4
4. The Habeas Corpus Petition is dismissed.
