Writ Petition is filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court To directing the respondents to revised pension benefits and other revised terminal benefits like Gratuity Arrears, Leave Salary Arrears and Pension Arrears, etc in the new scale of pay with interest at the rate of 12 percentage per annum payable from the date of retirement of the petitioner to till the date of payment for the said monetary benefits as per the 13th wage settlement dated 04.01.2018,settled to the petitioner within a time frame stipulated by this Court. The present Contempt Petition has been filed alleging non compliance of the order dated 02.08.2019 made in W.P.(MD)No.17094 of 2019.

2. The learned Standing Counsel appearing for the respondents submitted that the order passed by this Court has been complied with vide proceeding of the first respondent dated 05.06.2020 and copy of the said order has also been placed before this Court.
