PRAYER : Writ Petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, praying this Court to issue a Writ of Certiorarified Mandamus, calling for the records relating to the impugned order, dated 21.06.2013 passed by the first respondent in respect of the property comprised in Survey No.20/1, K.Sathannur Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District and quash the same so as to enable the petitioner's to access the subject land comprised in Survey Nos.20/2 and 21/3 K.Sathannur Village, Srirangam Taluk, Trichy District.
