ORDER : The Court Made the following order :- The petitioner, who is arrayed as A4 in Crime No.608 of 2012 on the file of the respondent police, was arrested and remanded to judicial custody on 02.06.2015 for the alleged offences punishable under Sections 294(b), 342, 302, 201, 120(B) of I.P.C., and hence, seeks bail.
2.According to the defacto complainant, his brother-in-law was an insane and he used to misbehave with the ladies and on 26.07.2012 at 11.00p.m, he disappeared from the house and he was found dead on 27.07.2012.
3.The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the occurrence had taken place in the year 2012 and the prime accused were already arrested and released on bail. He further submitted that the allegation against this petitioner is that he promised the accused 1 and 2 to grant help for commission of offence. 4.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.side) submitted that the accused 1 and 2 were arrested and released on bail and the accused 3 https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ and 4 are still absconding. He would further submit that major part of investigation is over.
5.Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, the petitioner is ordered to be released on bail on executing a bond for a sum of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand only) with two sureties each for a like sum to the satisfaction of the learned Judicial Magistrate No.1, Tuticorin, and on further condition that the petitioner shall appear before the respondent police daily at 10.00 a.m until further orders.
