ORDER

This criminal original petition has been filed seeking a direction to the respondents 1 and 2 to strictly instruct the third respondent for not to interfere into civil dispute and harass the petitioner. 2.When the matter is taken up for hearing, the learned Government Advocate(Crl.Side) would submit that there existed tenancy dispute between the petitioner and the private respondents and that on the basis of the 2/5

complaint given by the petitioner, enquiry was conducted and that since the parties have agreed to settle the dispute through the competent Civil Court, the complaint was ordered to be closed.

3.Recording the said submission, this criminal original petition is disposed of.
