This quash petition is filed to quash the FIR in crime No.No.316 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent police as against the petitioners.

2.The learned Additional Public Prosecutor would submit that the investigation in crime No.316 of 2014 on the file of the first respondent has been completed and the respondent No.1 laid the charge sheet before the learned Judicial Magistrate Court, Kodaikanal on 15.10.2015 and the same was taken cognizance in C.C.No.164 of 2015.

3.Recording the said submission made by the learned Additional Public Prosecutor, since the prayer sought for in this petition has become infructuous, this petition is dismissed as infructuous. Consequently, connected miscellaneous petition is also dismissed.
