RESPONDENTS/ RESPONDENTS Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to modify the condition imposed by this Honourable Court dated 21.12.2018 in Crl.OP(MD)No. 21559/2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.V.ANAND, Advocate for the petitioner and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI, Government Advocate(criminal side) for the Respondents, the court made the following order:- The petitioner was granted anticipatory bail by this Court on 21.12.2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.21559 of 2018. The petitioner received the order copy only on 04.01.2019.
In the said order, one of the conditions imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.8(b) is that the petitioner shall report before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar daily at 10.30 a.m., for a period of four weeks and thereafter, as and when required for interrogation.
2. The learned counsel appearing for the petitioner would submit that due to the said condition, the petitioner will not be in a position to engage an advocate for contesting the case before the Hon'ble High Court of Gujarat and hence, he seeks modification. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/
3. In view of the above, the above said condition imposed on the petitioner in paragraph No.8(b) of the order is cancelled. The petitioner need not appear before the learned Judicial Magistrate No.I, Virudhunagar. The petitioner shall execute the sureties within a period of fifteen days from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.
