Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of M/S.P.GUNASEKARAN, Advocate for the petitioner, the court made the following order:- This Petition has been filed by the respondent in D.V.C.No. 9 of 2017 on the file of the learned Judicial Magistrate, Pudukkottai.

2.The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner is totally a stranger to the respondent herein and not even a single allegation has been made against the petitioner herein. Now, the application has been filed before the Judicial https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/ Magistrate, Pudukkottai.

3.Considering the aforesaid submission, issue notice to the respondent returnable by 05.03.2018. Private notice is also permitted. Till then the personal appearance of the petitioner before the Trial Court is dispensed with.
