RESPONDENT/RESPONDENT/COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to extend the time of surrender before the Jurisdictional Magistrate Court, granted the order dated 24/10/2018 in Crl.O.P.(MD) No.18846 of 2018 Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr.P.GANAPATHI SUBRAMANIAN, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI,Government Advocate (Crl Side)for the respondents the court made the following order:- This petition has been filed to extend the time limit of the petitioners to surrender before the concerned Magistrate Court.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners seeks time to produce sureties. Due to illness, the petitioners are unable to execute sureties with in the stipulated time as per the order of Crl.O.P(MD) No.18846 of 2018 dated 24.10.2018. https://hcservices.ecourts.gov.in/hcservices/

3. In view of the same, time granted by this Court vide order dated 24.10.2018 in Crl.O.P(MD) No.18846 of 2018 is extended

further for a period of two weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order.
