RESPONDENT / COMPLAINANT Petition praying that in the circumstances stated therein and in the petition filed therewith the High Court will be pleased to pass an order relaxing the bail condition imposed on the petitioner by this Honourable court made in Crl.O.P(MD).No.2003/2019 dated 07/02/2018 forthwith.

Order : This petition coming on for orders upon perusing the petition filed in support thereof and upon hearing the arguments of Mr. J. VISHNU, Advocate for the petitioners and of Mr.K.SUYAMBULINGA BHARATHI Government Advocate ( Crl. Side) on behalf of the Respondent, the court made the following order:- This petition have been filed to relax the condition imposed on the petitioners in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2003 of 2019 on 07.02.2019.

2. The learned counsel for the petitioners submitted that the petitioners have been complying with the condition imposed by this court in Crl.O.P.(MD)No.2003 of 2019 on 07.02.2019 regularly and he prayed for relaxation of the said condition.

3.The learned Government Advocate (Crl.Side) submitted that the petitioners have6 been complying with the condition regularly and investigation is still pending.
